The purpose of this Policy is to provide guidance for Northback in prioritizing the procurement of goods, services, and labour from local and Indigenous businesses. This Policy aims to maximize the positive economic impact of our operations by supporting local and Indigenous job creation, developing local and Indigenous suppliers, and fostering more streamlined supply chains that contribute to operational efficiency.
